swap update

I've decided to cancel the swap.  With a very pathetic turn out it only makes sense.  Hopefully in the future we can revisit the idea but for now, I have to say it's over. 

Thanks to those who signed up, I appreciate it. 

Star sampler block 9 will be posted later today.
